The Complete Clean subscription - just £299 a month.

The Complete Clean subscription guarantees regular weekly 2-hour cleans plus one deeper 4-hour clean per month. You’ll get your own home cleaning kit made up of premium plant-based and eco friendly Kit & Kin products which you’ll never run out of, and to make things even sweeter you’ll receive a new candle or every 4 weeks to scent your home.

What you get:

The Complete Clean subscription is a 4-weekly subscription entitling you to the following:

• 3 x 2 hour cleans

• 1 x 4 hour clean

• That's 10 hours of cleaning time every 4 weeks. These are your hours and can be allocated as you see fit - One week you might want a general clean, the next you might want a deeper clean on specific rooms or areas, bedding changed, laundry done or oven cleaning. That's totally fine! We'll set up a private, moderated chat between you and your House Manager where you can agree how you'd like your tasks to be allocated each week.

• Your own ‘cleaning kit’ which stays in your house and contains everything your Home Manager will need. Includes 3x branded aluminium Bottles for Life and a range of 1 litre Kit & Kin products such as multi surface cleaner, glass cleaner, bathroom and toilet cleaners; all to be topped up/replaced every 12 weeks. You’ll also receive a mop and bucket plus a selection of microfibre cloths, sponges and scourers, and we’ll replace your mop head, cloths and sponges every 12 weeks to keep things fresh.

• A new full-size scented candle every 4 weeks.

• An appointed House Manager and Account Manager who you'll have access to via private WhatsApp group. Your experienced House Manager is fully vetted and insured, and will always wear a SugarKane uniform when visiting your home.

• A SugarKane welcome pack containing a cleaning log, a copy of your contract and more information on the products we’ll be using in your home.

• If you're ever planning to be away from home on business or holiday, we'll work with you to reallocate your hours, or you can use the time for home check-ins (plus we'll make sure you're always returning to a clean house!). We'll also prepare a 'Welcome Home' package when you return, making sure you have all the essentials after a long day of travelling.

How it works:

If you’re interested in finding out more, the first step is to book an initial consultation, which can take place as soon as 24-48 hours after your initial enquiry. This quick 30 min consultation takes place in your home and gives us an opportunity to get to know you, answer any questions you may have and find out more about your specific needs and expectations for our service.

The initial consultation also helps to guarantee the safety and peace of mind of our Home Managers, and we’ll match you to your dedicated Home Manager based on what we learn about each other during the consultation.

If you decide during or after the consultation that you’d like to go ahead with the subscription, we ask for an initial £75 fully refundable deposit. Once we receive this, we can go ahead and schedule your first clean, plus we’ll introduce you to your Home Manager and Account Manager so you can start building your relationship. You’ll also receive your welcome pack and cleaning kit.

After your initial clean takes place, you’ll receive your first home scent gift and we’ll check in with you within 24 hours to ensure you are happy with the standard of clean you have received. If you’re still happy to proceed to the full subscription model you will be required to pay the remaining balance of £224 for the month. Once we receive this, we can go ahead and confirm the days and times for the remainder of your month 1 cleans.

You will then be charged a recurring subscription fee of £299 every 28-days moving forward, which you can cancel any time free of charge should you decide to. Your Account Manager will keep in touch with you and your Home Manager regularly, ensuring there is a clear schedule and expectations set before every clean.
